The Flying Wallendas are coming!

Not only will there be balloons flying at the South County Balloon Festival this summer, but the world famous Flying Wallendas will be thrilling the crowds with their high wire act.

The Wakefield Rotary Club, sponsor of this popular annual event, has announced the addition of the Wallendas as part of the many exciting events to be featured at this year’s festival.

John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band will be returning to this year’s festival, as well as the Sue-Wee Pig Races along with the many favorite events which include: Pony Rides and Pettting Zoo, tethered balloon Rides, fireworks, and a kids’ trout fishing pond, to name a few.

The South County Balloon Festival will be held on July 18, 19 and 20 at the URI Athletic Fields on Route 138 in Kingston, RI.
